ESI’s mission is the create the leading global platform for forming, operating & optimizing value exchange networks. In doing so, we think we can help networks of companies, consumers & community groups collaborate to create unprecedented tangible and intangible value for each other through value exchange networking.

Despite the many technology advances of the past decade, the basic model of the buyer-seller relationship has remained unchanged for a few centuries. Sellers unilaterally formulate products, services and offers…and buyers choose whether to purchase or not. This “arm’s length” buying and selling is not particularly efficient or effective, even when improved with available technology enhancements.

Throughout history, when buyers and sellers have been able to engage in face-to-face commerce the outcome has always been good.
