Despite the many technology advances of the past decade, the basic model of the buyer-seller relationship has remained unchanged for a few centuries. Sellers unilaterally formulate products, services and offers…and buyers choose whether to purchase or not. This “arm’s length” buying and selling is not particularly efficient or effective, even when improved with available technology enhancements.
Exchange Solutions Inc’s (ESI) was founded to help companies and consumers move beyond this arm’s length “selling and buying” paradigm.
The ESI mission is to help buyers and sellers create value for each other by returning to a value exchange approach based on the time-tested principles of collaboration.
Throughout history, when buyers and sellers have been able to engage in face-to-face commerce the outcome has always been the same.
