Collaborative Exchange Optimization Environment

ESI’s Collaborative Exchange Optimization (CEO) capability is comprised of three key components. The CEO environment is the foundation of an exchange solution because it contains all of the technology applications needed to automate the buyer-seller collaboration processes.

The CEO environment contains four applications:

• The Exchange Control Rules provides the exchange economics governing the collaboration to ensure a “win-win” outcome.
• The Collaboration Session Engine determines the dialogue during an exchange interaction in a particular channel
• The Exchange Agreement Administration Modules ensures the value exchange agreement reached by the parties is correctly registered and administered
• The Collaboration Support Modules provide the blogs, wiki, chat or other community-enhancing functionalities.

The CEO environment is delivered in an outsourced ASP basis from ESI’s Secure Hosting Facility.
